National and international activities

The current customer structure demonstrates the primary activities of INCOS. National and international companies from the chemical and petrochemical industry as well as machine building and plant engineering rely on the high technical competency INCOS has developed in over three decades; companies from the automotive industry as well as aviation and aerospace trust our competency as well. More than 130 skilled staff members render the services offered on the highest level in regard to safety and quality. The numerous methods employed range from inspection, to schedule tracking and on to a wide variety of non-destructive material testing with ultrasonic equipment, ionising rays, magnetic processes and more.

We have been able to obtain general corporate certification in the following areas:

DAP accreditation for various non-destructive test methods

TÜV certification for technical inspections

TÜV certification for SCC (Safety Management System)

VGB suitability confirmation for quality assurance according to the KTA 1401 rule.

In all these areas independent certifying agencies verify that the prerequisites for the services rendered by INCOS meet highest requirements in regard to quality and safety.

100 percent awareness for zero-errors

As varied as the departments and methods of INCOS are, there is one singularly high quality level required. Total Quality Management and uncompromising zero-error strategy are no uncommon sales and service arguments at INCOS. On the contrary, comprehensive quality awareness is a matter of fact and firmly anchored in all areas, departments and organisational units. However, this implicitness is not a matter of merely a decision taken by executives but must be implemented each day by all staff members.
