Shortage of skilled personnel: INCOS in the media

The shortage of skilled personnel can increasingly be felt also at INCOS. Especially qualified material testers with occupational experience are desperately needed at this time. How does a small to medium-sized business such as INCOS deal with this difficult situation? What measures are taken to solve this problem? Media such as the newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung, the radio station Antenne Bayern and lastly also the Bavarian television station Bayerisches Fernsehen were quite interested in this issue. An article was produced for the business magazine “Geld und Leben” highlighting human resources policies at INCOS. A camera team accompanied material testers during their work for a whole day, conducted interviews with staff members and managing director, Stephan Schreiner. Conclusion: Meeting the shortage of skilled personnel in a competent and creative manner is a challenge, but absolutely not without hope. By the way: The programme broadcasted by the Bayerisches Fernsehen TV on October 22, 2007 at prime viewing time (21:15 h) presented INCOS very appropriately.
