The customer says it all

“Our focus is on the customer...” – this is more than an advertising slogan for INCOS. Knowing about the preferences and needs of the customers constitutes the basis of continuous improvement of our service quality. What is more rewarding to a company than satisfied and loyal customers? While in the past customer satisfaction was always ascertained in the framework of personal meetings, a new approach was taken at the end of 2007 for the first time. Around 75 customers were invited to participate in a written survey. The rate of return of the questionnaires with 39% exceeded our expectations. We wish to thank you at this time for the active participation. The result of our customer survey was truly encouraging. Our services and activities were graded with a point average of 1.7 (German grading system equalling A in U.S.).

 

We have gladly accepted the ideas, suggestions for improvement and also the constructive criticism of our customers; appropriate measures are already being applied. Our continuous improvement process has entered a new phase.
